Casserole Ingredients Needed:
24 oz. hashbrowns - shredded or homestyle (we like shredded best)
16 oz diced ham
2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
1 can cream of chicken soup
16 oz sour cream
1/4 cup onion
1 stick of butter melted
pepper to taste
Combine the above casserole ingredients together in a large bowl and mix well.
Topping Ingredients
2 cups cornflakes
1/2 stick of butter melted
I like mine extra crunchy so sometimes I tend to add more cornflakes
Mix the cornflakes and melted butter together, then add to the top of the casserole.
This looks really freaking delicious! I love your Paula Deen pan! I have one in burgundy. The robin blue is so pretty. Can't wait to try this casserole out!
