Ingredients:
4 green bell peppers
1 can tomato sauce
2 cups white rice
1 pound hamburger
Cut the tops off the peppers and clean out the inside.
Brown the hamburger.
Cook the rice according to the directions on the package.
Mix hamburger, rice, and tomato sauce together.
Stuff each pepper with the mixture.
Place in a casserole dish and cover.
Cook in microwave for 15 minutes or until peppers are tender. (You can also cook in the oven at 350 degrees for 45 minutes or until peppers are soft).
Simple, easy, and tastes great too!
