Spring is finally here and things are getting super busy on the farm. After an extended winter this year, everyone is eager to get in the field and outside. Field work, yard work, gardening season, and Spring cleaning all are what we spend a lot of our time once that nice spring weather finally hits. We like to wake up and get started on things right away. Occasionally in our house, we don't have any weekend plans, but just to work around the house. We love eating brunch!
It's perfect to have a full brunch meal a little later in the morning and then just get busy with our weekend plans until dinner time.
Holidays are even better when you serve something special, like a brunch meal, and a special holiday is coming up! Mother's Day! No two moms are alike, but all deserve to be celebrated. What a great way to treat the mother's in your life by honoring them with a delicious brunch meal.
